Reservation Policy
Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount.  Please note that check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is at 12 noon.  If you need to reserve the room for longer there will be an extra charge of Rs. 1700 for 6-hours, subject to availability.

  • Breakfast included.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
  • We are unable to accommodate pets.
  • We do not accept personal checks.
  • Payment by credit cards or cash only.

Please notify us in advance of your arrival time so that someone will be there to welcome you.

Payments & Deposit
We accept payment by cash or credit cards. Rates quoted are based on double occupancy.  Payments by credit card are charged a 3% processing fee.

Lost Items
B nineteen is not responsible for lost or left items, valuables or damage within the premises or parking.

Cancellation and Reservation Date-Change Policy
We charge a 20% processing fee of the total deposit provided the cancellation is received before 7 days of the arrival date.
No refunds for changes made within 7 days of booking.
No refunds are given for early departures or no shows.
The same policy as Cancellation applies to Reservation Date-Change (subject to availability).
